This role creates impact by connecting people and goods, operating in your chosen city and offering on-demand service through the Uber app. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a personal or rented 4-door vehicle safely and efficiently to transport passengers or deliver goods, adhering to traffic laws and Uber's service standards. - Manage your driving schedule and availability using the Uber smartphone application, ensuring timely and reliable service to meet user demand in your local area. - Maintain clear communication with riders or delivery recipients and provide excellent customer service, striving for high satisfaction ratings and positive feedback.
- Access daily payouts up to five times a day with Instant Pay, ensuring immediate access to earned income and financial flexibility for personal expenses. - Utilize Uber's rental partners for vehicle access, offering hourly, daily, or weekly rental options to support flexible driving and earning opportunities.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25), demonstrating a history of safe and responsible vehicle operation. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle, along with an iPhone or Android smartphone, to manage rides and navigate using the integrated Uber platform. - Demonstrate strong accountability by consenting to driver screening and background checks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
