We're hiring a Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services, connecting passengers or delivering goods across diverse urban and suburban environments. This role creates impact by facilitating seamless mobility and convenience for users, operating flexibly within their local city as an onsite independent contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal or rented 4-door vehicle, adhering to traffic laws and Uber's platform guidelines, ensuring a comfortable and secure ride experience. - Manage daily earnings and cash out up to five times a day using the Instant Pay feature, tracking performance metrics for financial planning and optimization. - Utilize the Uber driver application on an eligible iPhone or Android smartphone, navigating efficiently and communicating effectively with riders and support.
- Receive earnings rapidly with Instant Pay, allowing cash outs up to five times daily, providing immediate financial access and flexibility for drivers. - Enjoy unparalleled schedule flexibility, deciding daily how much or little to drive, enabling full control over personal work-life balance and commitments.
- Possess at least one year of licensed driving experience (or three years if under 25) in the US, demonstrating proven on-road competency and safety adherence. - Utilize an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone for the Uber driver application, ensuring seamless navigation and communication capabilities.
