We're hiring a Driver to provide reliable transportation or delivery services, operating as an independent contractor within our expansive network. This role directly empowers individuals with flexible earning opportunities, working across various cities as an onsite, self-directed driver. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a personal or rented vehicle efficiently, utilizing the Uber driver application to accept and complete trip requests, ensuring timely and safe arrival for passengers or deliveries. - Manage personal driving schedule autonomously, leveraging the Instant Pay feature up to five times daily, to optimize earnings and maintain financial flexibility based on individual needs. - Adhere to all local traffic laws and Uber community guidelines, maintaining a high standard of service quality as measured by passenger ratings, contributing to a positive platform experience.
- Receive earnings immediately via Instant Pay, allowing cash outs up to 5 times a day directly to your bank account for financial agility. - Control your own work schedule completely, deciding how much or little you want to drive, providing unparalleled flexibility daily.
- Possess at least 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, or 3 years if under 25 years old, demonstrating established road familiarity. - Utilize an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone to run the Uber driver application for trip management. - Demonstrate high levels of responsibility by consenting to driver screening and background checks, upholding safety standards and legal compliance.
