This role drives impact by enhancing delivery services and maximising volume through data-driven excellence, ensuring a best-in-class experience for customers, partners, and couriers in the Belgium market in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of delivery services, implementing cost optimisation strategies while balancing performance for all partners to achieve operational efficiency. - Establish standards of operational excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across teams to enhance service delivery and maintain competitive advantage. - Drive a safety and compliance-focused culture, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the competitive landscape to ensure regulatory adherence and market leadership.
- 8+ years experience managing large-scale strategic programs, ideally within a fast-paced delivery or logistics context, to lead complex initiatives. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to simplify complexity and create clarity in business operations. - Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think "one step ahead" and see the big picture, demonstrating leadership and ownership.
