Key Responsibilities: - Lead execution of delivery services, driving cost optimisation while balancing performance for all partners by aiming high and achieving targets. - Establish operational excellence standards and promote continuous improvement across teams, fostering a safety and compliance-focused culture to mitigate risks. - Manage key cross-functional projects by collaborating with sponsors to ensure rapid and impactful delivery and empower team members through coaching.
- Experience managing large-scale strategic programs, ideally within a fast-paced delivery or logistics context, driving operational targets and managing budgets. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to simplify complexity and create clarity for informed decision-making. - Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think 'one step ahead' and manage perceptions across all levels of the organisation.
