We're hiring a Delivery Driver to bring delicious meals directly to customers' doors, ensuring timely and friendly service while representing our brand across Amsterdam. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers' addresses promptly and in excellent condition, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout each interaction. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and local routes to minimize delivery times and optimize fuel or battery usage for e-bikes/scooters/motors. - Maintain delivery vehicles (e-bike/scooter/motor) in clean and functional condition, reporting any issues immediately to the support team for quick resolution. - Collect and manage customer feedback or special delivery instructions, ensuring accuracy and addressing concerns with empathy and urgency. - Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while prioritizing pedestrian and road safety during all deliveries. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and stay updated on new delivery protocols or restaurant partnerships. - Handle cashless transactions and digital order confirmations, ensuring all deliveries are accurately logged in the company’s system.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age (starting at €8.10/hour for 16-year-olds up to €16.19/hour for 21+), including vacation pay and vacation hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received, providing direct financial rewards for excellent service. - Access career growth opportunities, skill development programs, and flexible scheduling to fit personal and professional needs.
- Be at least 16 years old to apply for this role and eligible to work in the Netherlands. - Provide and maintain your own delivery vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or motor) depending on location, ensuring it is roadworthy and suitable for commercial use. - Hold a valid driver’s license and commercial insurance if using a motor vehicle for deliveries. - Maintain availability for at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, with schedules provided one week in advance.
