Job description

We're hiring a Delivery Courier to ensure timely and joyful delivery experiences, seamlessly connecting customers with local businesses across the community. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction through efficient service, primarily operating in Rotterdam with an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently transport customer orders using a chosen vehicle, adhering to delivery schedules and utilizing navigation tools to achieve high customer satisfaction scores. - Professionally interact with customers and vendors at each delivery point, accurately verifying order contents and resolving minor issues to ensure positive service experiences. - Maintain vehicle and equipment to company standards, performing routine checks and reporting any issues to ensure operational safety and continuous service reliability.
