Key Responsibilities: - Execute deliveries using your (e-)bike, ensuring orders like pizzas or groceries reach customers fresh and on time, while maintaining a 95%+ on-time delivery rate. - Manage your own schedule via the Lieferando app, optimizing routes in real-time to maximize efficiency and earnings during peak hours. - Provide exceptional customer service by confirming order accuracy, handling payments if required, and resolving minor issues to ensure a 4.8+ customer satisfaction rating.
