Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales and Senior Country Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda, ensuring HR strategies support business objectives effectively. - Develop and implement the global HR agenda, translating business needs into concrete projects and initiatives by aligning with other HR pillars. - Act as a change agent, supporting management teams in solving organization, people, and change-related matters for effective resolution.
