Job description

We're hiring a Corporate Affairs Specialist to strengthen the company's position in the public, political, and regulatory environment across various teams. This role creates impact by supporting the development and implementation of corporate affairs measures, working closely with local and global departments in Vienna, through a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development of the Corporate Affairs strategy for the Austrian market, implementing cross-departmental projects and initiatives effectively. - Monitor and analyze public discourse, political developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic communication and positioning. - Create communication materials like press releases, fact sheets, and presentations to represent company interests and influence public opinion.

Job requirements

- Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Communications, Public Affairs oder Government Relations ist notwendig, idealerweise mit Fokus auf den österreichischen Markt und seine Besonderheiten. - Gutes Verständnis der österreichischen politischen Landschaft, regulatorischen Prozesse und Medienlandschaft ist essentiell, kombiniert mit exzellenter schriftlicher und mündlicher Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch. - Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsstärke und Verlässlichkeit sind erforderlich für effektive Stakeholder-Beziehungen und Teamzusammenarbeit.
