Job description

We're hiring a Bike Courier to ensure timely and accurate food delivery, connecting customers with restaurants and supporting our operational logistics. This role creates impact by reliably fulfilling orders, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining our service reputation in Rotterdam with onsite operations. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently transport customer orders using a bicycle or scooter, adhering to designated routes and maintaining delivery schedules for optimal service. - Safely handle and deliver various food items, ensuring proper packaging and temperature control to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction. - Utilize the delivery platform application to manage order assignments, communicate with dispatch, and confirm successful deliveries to meet operational KPIs.

Job requirements
