We're hiring a Bike Courier to become an essential part of our on-road team, ensuring timely and joyful deliveries that connect customers with their orders. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, making every delivery a positive experience from Den Bosch, working onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport customer orders, such as pizzas or groceries, using an e-bike or scooter, ensuring timely delivery and product integrity for positive customer feedback. - Adhere strictly to scheduled shifts, including at least one weekday and one weekend evening, to maintain reliable service levels and support team operational goals. - Represent Thuisbezorgd.nl professionally during all interactions, collecting 100% of customer tips directly while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

Job requirements
