Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers using your own e-bike or scooter, ensuring timely and safe transport while maintaining order accuracy. - Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and responsive to customer inquiries or issues during deliveries. - Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols, reporting any incidents or hazards to the local support team immediately. - Maintain your vehicle in good working condition, ensuring it meets legal and safety standards for commercial use. - Track and report delivery metrics, including time taken and customer feedback, to optimize future performance.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age, including vacation pay and holiday hours, starting from €7.81 for 16-year-olds up to €15.89 for those 21 and older. - Keep 100% of any tips earned during deliveries, adding to your total earnings. - Choose work hours that fit your lifestyle, with roster provided a week in advance and support from a local team.
