Founder’s Associate

There is no better way to learn how to become an entrepreneur than by shadowing one. And as a founder’s associate, this is exactly what you’ll do at TMM – a venture-building firm supporting startups & scaleups with IT. You will become the right hand of its founder for 6 months.

So what can you expect on a daily basis?

• Attending strategic team & investor meetings 
• Executing sales, marketing & operation tasks
• Building a startup from an Minimum Viable Product
• Understanding how an investment  is allocated within a early-stage venture
• Communicating with all stakeholders

This means that you must

• currently be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme;
• be highly proficient in English (C2);
• communicate effectively;
• have an entrepreneurial mindset; 
• be ready to take full ownership; 
• work in a structured & systematic manner; 
• be obsessed with attention to detail; 
• have versatility as your middle name;
• have a growth marketing mindset;
• be extremely detail-orientated;
• have a product mindset;
• enjoy structuring and making vague tasks clear;
• love to-do’s & planning.
