Founder’s Associate Traineeship

There is no better way to figure out which career trajectory to take than by experiencing work in a high-paced environment with no guarantees. And as a Founder’s Associate, this is exactly what you’ll do. As a part of a 12-month internship programme,  you will experience a journey towards success & exponential growth by being the right hand of College Life’s founder – Kristian Voldrich. And most importantly, you can work remotely from anywhere in The Netherlands.

So what can you expect on a daily basis?

• Attending strategic team & investor meetings 
• Executing sales, marketing & operation tasks
• Building new sub-brands
• Communicating with all stakeholders

This means that you must

• have graduated from a university bachelor’s or master’s degree;  
• be highly proficient in English (C2);
• communicate effectively;
• have an entrepreneurial mindset; 
• be ready to take full ownership; 
• work in a structured & systematic manner; 
• be obsessed with attention to detail; 
• have versatility as your middle name.
